PCD Global Campus

At Providence Country Day School, we take pride in our vibrant student body and our commitment to creating a global community of engaged learners and future leaders. In addition to 400 students in Providence, PCD serves students worldwide through its Global Campus program.

Operated in partnership with Hudson Global Scholars, a top distance education institution based in Maryland, the program offers students a full K-12 curriculum and the opportunity to earn a PCD dual diploma from anywhere in the world. Learn more at pcdglobalcampus.com.

    Nehir completed the Providence Country Day School U.S. Dual Diploma program in 2023, while attending Bahçeşehir College in Antalya, Türkiye. She’s currently studying Astrophysics and Physics at the prestigious University of Bristol in England.

    In the vast and captivating expanse of Antarctica, where icy landscapes unfold like pages of an untold story, a Hudson Global Scholar proudly stands as an innovator, pushing the boundaries of education and exploration. The trailblazer of this icy frontier is seventeen-year-old Ela K. Karabekiroglu, a beacon of inspiration and accomplishment in the world of global scholarship. Now a senior in her high school in Turkey, Ela began her U.S. Dual Diploma program as a ninth grader in February 2021, and graduated from Providence Country Day Global Campus, a member of the Hudson Global Scholars Network, in July 2023.

    During the tumultuous time that has followed war coming to her hometown of Kyiv, one of the few constants for Mariia has been her studies. As a U.S. Dual Diploma scholar completing her high school in her native Ukraine and virtually with Hudson Global Scholar’s partner Providence Country Day School in partnership with Centr Osvity Optima, Mariia was already accustomed to learning online. Covid closures and lockdowns during her seventh-grade year had been the first disruptor to Mariia’s way of life. Online learning has offered continuity in otherwise unprecedented times.

    On a sunny June morning, Delfin Keçeciler arrived on the Providence Country Day School campus with her father and twin sister, Alya. Delfin, who lives in Türkiye, studied online to earn her U.S. Diploma with the Hudson Global Scholars Dual Diploma program during high school. She and her family had traveled thousands of miles for a very special celebration: graduation!

    What do martial arts, computer programming, and international scholarship have in common? For U.S. Dual Diploma candidate Ryo Yamaguchi, the answer is: a lot! Hudson Global Scholar Ryo balances his studies in Japan with his passion for both martial arts and computer programming. He approaches each of these three aspects of his life with the same strong work ethic, an appreciation for competition, and a healthy dose of fun.
