Celebrating Leadership: PCD Senior Receives Lt. Governor Leadership Award
Providence Country Day is proud to celebrate Cedric Ye '26, who was recognized with a 2026 Lt. Governor Leadership Award for outstanding leadership, academic achievement, and commitment to service.
Presented annually by the Office of the Lieutenant Governor, the Lt. Governor Leadership Awards honor graduating Rhode Island seniors who have demonstrated dedication to their studies, made a positive impact in their school or community, and inspired others through their leadership.
This year's ceremony, held at the Rhode Island State House, recognized 46 exceptional student leaders from high schools across the state. Nominated by PCD faculty and administrators, Cedric was selected for exemplifying the values of leadership, service, and excellence both in and beyond the classroom.
