PCD Welcomes New Director of College Counseling

PCD is thrilled to welcome Ann Infante as our new Director of College Counseling.
Ann is coming to us from the Zurich International School, where she has spent the last four years as University Advisor and Social Emotional Counselor. For the last year she has been head of that department.

Ann has a Master of Arts in Counseling and Student Personnel Psychology from the University of Minnesota and has more than 30 years of experience as a college counselor, both in American and international schools. In addition to the Zurich International School, she has led College Counseling offices at the Awty International School in Houston, the Singapore American School, the American School Foundation in Mexico City, and the Minneapolis Public School District, among many others. Ann has also been an admission application reader for both Brown University and Yale University.

“We could not be more excited to welcome Ann into the PCD community,” said Head of School Kevin Folan. “Over 30 qualified professionals applied for this position and Ann emerged as our clear choice because of her robust experience in independent schools and in college admissions offices. Ann will be an enormous asset to our students and families to help them navigate the ever changing collegiate landscape.”

We also wish to thank current Director of College Counseling Terry Ward, who is retiring at the end of the school year, for his many years of service to our students. Thank you for all the work you’ve done in helping our juniors and seniors prepare for the next step in their educational journey.
