Applying for Financial Aid
The steps below describe how to apply for financial aid at Providence
Country Day School. If you have questions or would like guidance through

Fall: Request Information about the Financial Aid Application Process
If you are interested in applying for financial aid, please contact the
Admissions Office to request the necessary instructions and forms. All
families are encouraged to submit the Parents' Financial Statement
(PFS) online at sss.nais.org.
November: Apply Online and submit tax documents to SSS
Beginning in November, families may submit the PFS online.

contains additional information and forms that may be helpful when
completing the financial aid application process. Once the PFS is
completed online, required tax documents (IRS 1040, including all
schedules) can be submitted directly to SSS or to PCD's Financial Aid
Office.

February 1: Parents’ Financial Statement (PFS) and tax document submission deadline
Families seeking priority consideration for financial aid must submit
the PFS and all supporting tax documentation by February 1.
March 1: Financial Aid Award Notification
Decisions regarding financial aid are sent along with admissions
decisions to applicants whose files were completed by February 1.
April 11: Enrollment & Financial Aid Award Acceptance Deadline
Families are required to notify Providence Country Day of their intent
to accept their financial aid award in conjunction with their decision
to enroll.
**Please note that after February 1, Providence Country Day will
continue to accept applications for admissions and financial aid on a
rolling basis, as space and funds allow**
